Description:

New elegant Residence Monica in the central part of Lignano Sabbiadoro, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone and about 400 from the sandy beach. In a 6-storey building with elevator there are a total of 15 modern apartments, all with spacious terraces (from the 4th floor up they have a view of the lagoon).
The apartments have TV Sat, safe, air conditioning, hairdryer, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave and wifi, each with a reserved parking space (218 cm wide, 224 cm high).

Free linen and towels on arrival (possible replacement during a longer stay for a fee), to be requested from the agency on arrival.
