Residence Verdemare is approximately 300 metres from the sandy beach in the green resort of Lignano Pineta, close to the centre. There are shops, bars, ice cream parlours and pizzerias nearby. There is a lift, outdoor parking and a shared garden. From mid-May to mid-September, the price also includes beach service for each apartment.
